The Promotion Details

Promotion Period:
Offer valid from October 1–31, 2025.

Donation Details:
For every new Heroes Account that is opened and funded during the promotional period, the Bank of Washington will donate $5 to Guns ‘N Hoses, a Missouri-based nonprofit organization supporting The BackStoppers, which aids families of fallen first responders.

Eligibility:
Offer applies only to new Heroes Accounts opened by active or retired individuals from one of the following professions: the military, emergency response, health care, law enforcement, or education who are not currently Heroes Account holders. Account must be funded with a minimum opening deposit of $25 by October 31, 2025, to qualify. Limit one Heroes Account for each customer. Limit one donation per new account. Charity Registration & Partnership:
Guns ‘N Hoses is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the State of Missouri. Donations made under this promotion are not tax-deductible by the account holder.

Transparency Statement:
This is a charitable sales promotion. No portion of the account holder’s deposit or fees will be donated. The $5 donation is made solely by Bank of Washington and does not affect account terms or conditions.

  • No purchase necessary beyond account opening and funding.
  • Donations will be made in a lump sum after the promotion ends.
