Added protection for your peace of mind.

Our customer Trusted Contact Program gives you the option to name one or two trusted adults we may contact in limited situations if we are unable to reach you or have concerns about your financial well-being.
A Trusted Contact can help us reconnect with you or confirm your well-being, but they do not have access to your account, cannot make transactions, and cannot make decisions on your behalf.
This voluntary program provides an added layer of protection against fraud, scams, or financial exploitation while helping ensure we can reach someone you trust when it matters most.

When might the Bank contact my Trusted Contact?
We may reach out to your trusted contact if we are presented with an urgent matter or emergency involving your account(s) and we are unable to connect with you, if we suspect fraudulent activity or financial exploitation targeting you, or if we simply need help reconnecting with you.
Your Trusted Contact cannot access your account(s), make transactions, view balances, receive account details irrelevant to the situation at hand, or make decisions on your behalf.
Does a person have to know that they have been designated as a Trusted Contact?
