Washington, MO – Bank of Washington Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer L. B. Eckelkamp, Jr. has recently announced the appointment of Kent S. Skornia, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Krilogy, and Beau D. Reinberg, Co-Founder and Principal of Diversified Structure Solutions, to its Board of Directors, effective October 2025.
 
Both Skornia and Reinberg have served with distinction on the Bank’s Board of Advisors, offering strategic insight and community-focused leadership. Their transition to the Board of Directors marks a significant step in strengthening the Bank’s commitment to innovation, growth, and service excellence.

Skornia brings decades of experience in wealth management and financial planning through his leadership at Krilogy, a nationally recognized firm known for its client-centric approach and award-winning culture. Under his leadership, Krilogy has earned numerous accolades, including being honored with Financial Times FT 300 List of the Top 300 Financial Firms in the U.S. and consistently being named among the Top Workplaces in the St. Louis region by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Skornia has been honored individually as a St. Louis Small Business Monthly’s Top 100 People to Know in Business and St. Louis Business Journal’s 30 Under 30. He is also deeply committed to serving the St. Louis community. Skornia serves on the board of World Pediatrics and the Krilogy Cares Foundation, is a strong supporter of VETS (Veterans Exploring Treatment Solutions), and is a member of the St. Louis Chapter of the Young Professionals Organization (YPO).
 
Reinberg brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development, strategy, and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder and Principal of Diversified Structure Solutions, Reinberg leads the development and acquisition of properties across the nation, consistently delivering value for partners and communities. He also leads business development and strategic partnerships for the general contracting and development company, driving growth through collaborative ventures and innovative solutions. Reinberg is also a passionate advocate for social impact and inclusive education. He is a Board Member of the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis, Board Member of One Classroom, supporting inclusive special education in St. Louis area Catholic schools, and a Founding Member of 100 St. Louisans Who Care, a philanthropic initiative focused on empowering local communities. Reinberg’s mission is to create positive social impact while delivering exceptional business results, making him a valuable addition to the Bank’s leadership team.
