Welcome! It is easy to accept your escrow refund with us.


Select Your Refund Preference:  REFUND FORM 

 


When accepting your escrow refund, you have 4 options. We can either:

  1. Credit your refund back into the escrow account.
  2. Credit your refund as a Principal Only payment on your loan.
  3. Deposit your refund into your Bank of Washington Checking or Savings account.*
  4. Issue you a check for the refund and mail it.

*This option requires that the owners of the Deposit account match the Borrowers on the loan. 

Note: You can find the amount of the refund in the letter we mailed you, or if you utilize our Digital Banking, you can find the notice electronically by clicking on ‘Services & Documents’ on the left menu, select ‘My Documents’, then select your loan information from the drop-down menu.
