Washington, MO – Bank of Washington Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer L. B. Eckelkamp, Jr. announced the promotion of Jamie Holtmeier to vice president of compliance and BSA officer, Eric Patke to vice president of finance and risk management, and Daniel Tobben to vice president of deposit operations at the Bank of Washington.

Holtmeier joined the Bank of Washington in 2014, was promoted to an officer position within the Bank of Washington in 2018 and to assistant vice president in 2020. She is a St. Francis Borgia Regional High School alum, a graduate of Webster University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, and a graduate of Missouri Bankers Association School of Bank Management. Holtmeier was recognized in 2018 as a recipient of the Washington Area Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Young Professional Award, and also received the Young Bankers Leadership Award through the Missouri Bankers Association in 2018. She served as Chairman for the Young Bankers Leadership Division of the Missouri Bankers Association, is a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), American Bankers Association, and is a designated Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM). She lives in Washington with her husband, Jeff and daughters, Penny and Violet.

Patke joined the bank in 2020 as the assistant vice president of risk management with over 17 years of experience in banking between commercial lending and finance and risk management. He is a St. Francis Borgia Regional High School alumni, graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and completed the Missouri Bankers Association School of Lending. Patke was named an Outstanding Young Professional by the Washington Area Chamber of Commerce in 2016 and is a member of Missouri Bankers Association. He is also a member of Our Lady of Lourdes parish, Washington Knights of Columbus, Washington Lions Club, Washington Elks Lodge 1559, and a member of the SFBRHS Athletic Association. Patke lives in Washington with his wife, Jessica and sons, Luke and Owen.

Tobben joined the bank in 2012 as a Retail Management Trainee, was promoted to Deposit Operations Associate in 2014, made Senior Deposit Operations Specialist in 2015, and named Assistant Vice President – Deposit Operations in 2017. He is a graduate of St. Francis Borgia Regional High School and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Missouri Columbia. He graduated from The Missouri School of Bank Management through Missouri Bankers Association in 2018 and received a Master Certificate in Business Analytics from Michigan State University in 2020. Tobben volunteers with the Washington Missouri Walk to End Alzheimer’s and serves on the Bank’s Relay for Life fundraising committee. He is a member of St. Francis Borgia parish and the Knights of Columbus. Additionally, he is a member of the Missouri Bankers Association – Young Bankers Leadership Division. He resides in Washington with his wife, Rachel and sons, Peter and Ryan.
