Which locations offer instant debit cards?

All of our six locations can get you set up with an instant debit card. All four locations in Washington as well as Villa Ridge allow you to walk out of the branch with the debit card. If you visit our branch in Gray Summit, they too can help you with the option of picking up your card at another location or getting it mailed to you, which typically takes 2 - 5 business days.

How long does it take to receive my debit card?

You can get an instant debit card on the same day you visit one of our locations. If you choose to receive your debit card through the mail, it will take about 2-5 business days.

What are the daily limits on my debit card?

You may withdraw up to $750 per day from an ATM and make purchases up to $1,500 per day using your debit card provided there are sufficient funds in your account.

How can I access my cash?

Bank of Washington’s partnership with the MoneyPass® network of ATMs gives you access to one of the largest networks in the country with more than 32,000 fee-free ATMs. So, wherever you are, you can easily withdraw cash without paying a surcharge.

How much does it cost for a replacement card if mine is lost or stolen?

There is a $5 replacement fee for lost or stolen debit cards.

Automatic Billing Updater

Mastercard uses Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) service for debit cards to help facilitate uninterrupted processing of recurring payments. ABU service provides card information updates only to qualified participating merchants with whom a Cardholder has previously established card-on-file account information to process their recurring payments. Cardholders may opt-out of the service. To opt-out, please call us at 636-239-7831 .
