Tim Tobben, 32, joined the Bank of Washington in 2009 as a credit review officer. In 2013, Tobben took a new role and was promoted to assistant vice president - commercial lending.
"Tim has done an exceptional job in helping develop an entirely new credit department within our bank," said Buzz Eckelkamp, bank president, who nominated Tobben for the Outstanding Young Professional Award.
